If you are providing graphics not produced by Renov8 Imaging, please have your designer provide you with the highest possible resolution graphic. Renov8 Imaging is not responsible for the quality of the print project if the file isn't high resolution. If your file is corrupted, we will send it back to you and request a better file. Renov8 Imaging is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
You must notify Renov8 Imaging within 7 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement the customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.
All new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
Turnaround Time
Orders Approved and Payment Processed By 11AM PST: Turnaround time begins that day.
Orders Approved and Payment Processed After 11AM PST: Turnaround time begins the next business day.
For example, if an order is approved by 11AM PST on Tuesday, and the Turnaround Time for the product is three days, printing will be completed on Thursday. If the order is approved AFTER 11AM PST on Tuesday, printing will be completed on Friday.
Any issues with submitted files and/or payment may delay your order.
The most accurate print time will appear once you have selected all of the printing options for your order. Print time begins after approval and processed payment of your order. Any issues with submitted files and/or payment may delay your order.
Rush Orders
Please note that not all products and sizes have Rush printing available.
Orders will print in (2) two business days after approval and processed payment. They will ship on the (3rd) third day.
ROUND CORNERS: Add (1) one additional business day to turnaround time.
ORDERS PLACED BY 8AM PST, AND APPROVED BY 11AM PST, WILL PRINT IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIP ON THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY.
For instance, if an order is placed by Monday, 8AM PST, we will send you an online proof within three hours. Once you approve the order (by 11AM PST), your order will be sent to print and will ship by Wednesday.
Rush Turnaround Example:Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for Renov8 Imaging to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.
Additional Holiday Turnaround:
Please be advised that during the holiday season, our standard printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional (1-3) one to three business days due to an increase in volume. Thank you for your cooperation.
