  • WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
    Glad you asked! Our process is very simple. You contact us. (Step one DONE!) We schedule a consultation via phone or email to discuss the project and get all of the necessary details. We will discuss the price and send over an invoice for the deposit. We will begin work on the project once the deposit has been paid. Once we have finished our initial concepts we will send them to you to review. We allow for 3 rounds of free revisions. Once you've used those three revisions, we charge a change fee of $35 each thereafter. Once the final design is approved, we send you the invoice for the payment. Once the payment is received we will send out the artwork via email or WeTransfer. Thats it! Thats the process!
  • DO YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC BRANDING DESIGN PROCESS?
    That is a VERY important question. We absolutely do. First we will send out a brand design survey. This is our fact finding phase. Second we will schedule a consultation with you to go over your answers and make sure we are on the same page. We will send out an invoice for the deposit and once that is paid we will begin the project. We will begin working on initial sketches and will send you 1-3 versions in black and white. You will get three free revisions on the black and white version of your choosing. Once you have chosen the design you like we will begin working in color. We will then send you the options in the colors you choose. You will have three revisions for that as well. Once you have chosen your colors for the brand design and the logo has been finalized, we will then work on any of the remaining deliverables for your branding ID project. We will send you a mock up of the full branding ID design for your approval. Once it has been approved, we will send the invoice for the payment balance and release the final files via WeTransfer.
  • CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR REVISION PROCESS FURTHER?
    Our projects will include the initial concept and 3 rounds of revisions. If you go through your 3 rounds of revisions, we will charge $35 per change thereafter. You can have unlimited changes, but they DO add up. Please be thorough in your examination of the design because once we send the final files, if there is a need for any changes (this includes any grammatical errors) the minimum change fee will be $75.
  • WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
    Turnaround time can vary based on the size and complexity of the project and receipt of content from the client. We’ve provided a short list of turnaround times based on project, but these times can change. Branding/Logo Design: 3-4 Weeks Web Design: 6-8 Weeks Custom Design: 3-4 Business Days We have an amazing client roster and we want to make sure that we give appropriate time to each and every project but we do work on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a project that needs to be expedited, please let us know and refer to the rush protocols.
  • WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CLIENT?
    This is an amazing question. Firstly, the client is responsible to provide all necessary content and HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES (we can’t stress that enough) for your project. Any delay in receiving content will obviously delay its completion. It is also imperative that we keep an open line of communication. We have to be able to reach you when its time to proof or approve a project. Our communication will predominantly be through email, but if we need to call, we need to be able to reach you. Please lock our phone number into your phone so we will be able to get through. PLEASE NOTE: That ineffective communication with a client in the middle of the project can and will delay project completion at no fault of the designer. Client delays can also potentially end the project and all deposits will be forfeited and a new deposit will need to be remitted in order to resume the project.
  • WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
    A 50% deposit is due on all projects over $300 and full payment is due for all projects before any artwork is released. Any expedited projects must be paid for, in full, before project begins. If you go over the three allotted revisions that will need to be paid before final art files are released.
  • HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
    You can pay with any major credit card through our billing system FreshBooks. You can also call and we can take the credit card by phone.
  • DO YOU CHARGE RUSH FEES?
    Yes, we do charge rush fees for expedited projects. Projects under $300 will be charged a $50. Projects over $300 are charged $150. Please see turn around time to see if your project meets rush fee requirements.
  • DO YOU DO CONSULTATIONS?
    Yes, you can schedule a 30 minute consultation for $50 between the hours of 10am and 1PM. We are available by phone or virtually via Zoom.
  • DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
    We ask or a 50% non refundable deposit before the start of your project. This guarantees that we are compensated for the concept whether you use it or not. If for some reason you are unable to continue with us for the duration of the project, no monies will be refunded and any fees including change fees will need to be paid by the client.
  • DO YOU HAVE LATE FEE PENALTIES?
    We will send out the invoice on a project as soon as it has been approved. The client will have 7 business days to make the payment. Though we hardly ever have to impose them, a fee of 10% of the project will be charged every week that the project is not paid.
  • CAN I REQUEST THE SOURCE FILES FOR MY PROJECT?
    Yes you can request the PSD’s for all of your projects at the purchase price of 5x the project price. Once the payment has been received the source files will be sent to you via WeTransfer. We do have the right to refuse to sell our PSD’s.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
    10am - 6PM Monday through Friday We are closed on every major holiday and we take a MUCH NEEDED end of the year vacation during Christmas time for 2 weeks.
  • DO YOU HAVE A RETAINER OPTION AVAILABLE?
    Yes we do. A graphic design retainer is an agreement between your organization and our company that allows you to contract for as few as 10 hours of service per month (15 hours per month if source files are needed)! It gives you instant access to a wide range of professional graphic design services minus the overhead associated with a permanent employee. We offer packages ranging from 10 hours to 40 hours per month. Contact us if you're interested!
